Top Flight Hunting Preserve was founded by Leon Randermann in 1984 with a simple vision: to provide hunters with released bird hunts that are as authentic and enjoyable as possible at an affordable price. Leon believed that while a business must be profitable, the opportunity to enjoy quality hunting experiences should not be limited to only those with deep pockets.

For more than four decades, Leon built Top Flight's reputation by focusing on what mattered most: hard-flying, quality birds, experienced gun dogs, and knowledgeable professional guides dedicated to providing an exceptional hunting experience.

 

 

After 42 years of serving sportsmen, Leon decided it was time to slow down and focus on his passion for waterfowl hunting and raising birds. 

 

 

My name is Mason Glueck, and I am proud to carry on the tradition Leon established. Having worked at Top Flight since 2018, I had the opportunity to learn firsthand what made this operation so special. When Leon decided to step back, I was fortunate enough to be in a position to take ownership of Top Flight. 

 

 

My goal is to continue the values and standards that have made Top Flight successful for more than four decades while building on the strong foundation Leon created. I remain committed to providing quality birds, experienced dogs, knowledgeable guides, and an authentic hunting experience for every guest who visits our preserve.
